Sweet and savory caramelized onion quiche

  1. Turn on oven on 350 F (180 c)
  2. Combine everything for the pastry and spred the pastry in a quiche tin with your hands.
  3. Poke the pastry with a fork and bake the pastry in the tin for 10 minutes in the oven. After 10 minutes remove the tin from the oven.
  4. Peel and cut the five onions in boatsize slices.
  5. Heat up a pan with a little oil and fry the onions 15 minutes on medium.
  6. Add sugar, stir and fry on low for another 10 minutes
  7. Pour the onions into the pastry in the tin.
  8. In a bowl whisk eggs, yogurt and spices. Add the mixture on top of the onions and finish off by sprinkling a handful of cheese.
  9. Bake in oven for about 40 minutes.
