  1. Start by cooking the sweet potato. Remember not to put holes in the potato. Cook as is, with peel and all. When it is soft in the inside (test with a fork) allow to cool and peel off the skin.
  2. Mix the flax seeds with water in a little cup or a glass. Let them soak for about 10 minutes or until they create a gel.
  3. Cook the quinoa 2 or 3 cups of water and remove when done.
  4. In a foodprocessor add all ingredients.
  5. From the mix into patties and cook in oven at 350F (180 C) for about 20 minutes.
