The amazing Oh-no-you-didn’t breakfast cookies

So uhm yeah I made cookies for breakfast.

The breakfast cookies are amazing. And healthy. But you don’t have to eat them for breakfast. But I’m just saying that YOU CAN if you want to 🙂

You can also make them when you are entertaining guest.

Or if you need a snack.

Or if you want to make your kids happy.

Or if you want to make your stomach happy.

Or you can eat them for breakfast.

The best thing about these cookies – besides that point that they will leave you satified – is that they are increadibly healthy and good for you. They don’t have any sugar. And they are cooked without oil.

Also the breakfast cookies are glutenfree. Oats are by nature glutenfree however – when you purchase oats, be aware that they are produced in an environment where other products containing gluten are made. So if you have a family member or you yourself have celiac disease, I would suggest that you purchase oats that have been made in a glutenfree environment. (It will say so on the package).

The breakfast cookies do take a bit of time to make.

They require 2o minutes in the oven. (And 3 minutes before that to mix together). Usually that is not a lot of time, but if you want to make them as a breakfast, that is a lot of time.

So if you are in a bit of a hurry or you don’t feel like getting up earlier than neccessarry (and who wants that??) you can make them the night before. Or whenever you feel like eating them.

The cookies are made without sugar, but instead have coconut flakes and ripe bananas that is also used as a binder. And if you like the taste of banana, you will go crazy over these.
